The Summer Shred Challenge is a 6-week training challenge starting Monday, May 25, designed to help you build consistency, strength, and momentum going into summer.
You’ll train using O2 Strong’s pod-based system, where every member has their own dedicated workout station and follows a structured session guided by a coach. No guessing, no waiting for equipment, and no crowded bootcamp-style chaos.
The weekly training structure includes strength training, cardio, core work, HIIT, and progressive total-body workouts.
The challenge is for anyone who wants structure, accountability, and a real push to get started or stay consistent.
You do not need to be in shape before joining. Beginners are welcome, and every session is coach-guided so you’ll know exactly what to do.
